Children & Young People's Emotional Health & Wellbeing Partnership

Children & Young People's Emotional Health & Wellbeing Partnership

The Partnership is facilitated by HARCVS and meets 5 times a year with meetings usually held at Harrogate Community House. The Partnership has been working on outcomes to improve the lives of children and young people. Previously known as the Children & Young People's Mental Health Group, the Partnership plays an important role in identifying gaps in local services and in informing strategic planning processes.

The Partnership plays an important role in:

  • Identifying gaps in local services
  • Informing strategic planning processes  and via the Harrogate District Children’s Safeguarding and Strategy Group
  • Improving awareness of local support services and activities so young people receive the right service at the right time and appropriate referrals are made
  • Improving collaborative working with a more joined up approach by colleagues in the voluntary and community sector, statutory sector and schools

The terms of reference for the Partnership can be read here.

HARCVS was funded to support the Partnership until 31 March 2018
